There are ATMs just about everywhere in the larger cities such as Brest and Vitebsk.
All give out Bielorussian Roubles, some US Dollars (no way of telling which ones do - just insert card to find out). Instructions are usually available in Russian, English and German.
There are plenty of currency exchange kiosks, most of which are open until 10 p.m. All accept US dollars and Euros.
